Application for a Virtual Office<\/h2>

Submission of documentation<\/h3>

To set up a Virtual Office with Flexum Coworking, valid ID and documentation of the company\u2019s registration must be submitted. This includes a health insurance card or passport for the owner\/managing director, as well as a CVR registration certificate or articles of incorporation for new companies. <\/p><\/div>

Signing the contract<\/h3>

The agreement only enters into force once the contract has been digitally signed via our system. The contract contains all terms of the collaboration. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Booking of rooms<\/h2>

All bookings of meeting rooms, offices, and other facilities are made electronically via our booking system. By booking, you accept the applicable terms for use of the room, including cancellation rules and payment terms. <\/p><\/section>

Electronic communication<\/h2>

By entering into an agreement with Flexum Coworking, you accept that all communication will be sent electronically, including invoices, reminders, newsletters, and other relevant information regarding your subscription or booking.<\/p><\/section>

Consent to photos and marketing<\/h2>

When using Flexum Coworking\u2019s facilities, you consent to photos being taken in the common areas, which may be used for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in photos, please inform the staff. <\/p><\/section>
