If you are going to set up your business and would like to have it set up at a professional address from the start, you can easily create your business with us.
You just need to fill out our application form and we will get the information we need to be able to create a contract for you.
Once the photo ID has been submitted, the contract has been signed and the 1st invoice has been paid, you can use our address.
It is very important that you do not use our address until you have completed the entire process, otherwise we will have to reject your application,
You can easily register several companies with us, since each company is an independent legal entity, they must each have their own contract and therefore rent must be paid for both companies.
It is therefore not enough to apply for Virtual Office for one company and then register several companies, even if they are the same owner.
If you want to pay in aggregate and thereby obtain a discount, you must first apply to the company that has to pay, then you apply for the company for which you must pay, this is indicated in the application form.
You can easily register both your holding company and operating company with us, but since they are 2 independent legal entities, they must each have their own contract and rent must therefore be paid for both companies.
It is not enough to apply for Virtual Office for one company and then register several companies, even if it is the same owner.
It is not possible to register binaries with the “Lite” or “Standard” plan, but you can register up to 5 binnames for free, on our “Virtual Office Plus” plan.

If the company changes or adds a real owner of the business, Ideal Office must be notified of this so that we can review our KYC process for the new beneficial owner, there is no guarantee that we will be able to offer Virtual Office with the new owner circle
If the company changes its name, Ideal Office must be notified, otherwise we will reject mail and parcels for the new company name.
Virtual office hotels are subject to the Money Laundering Act (The Anti-Money Laundering Act § 1, paragraph 1, no. 18, cf. § 2, no. 12 (c)) and is therefore required to undergo a customer knowledge procedure (KYC) so that the office of the hotel can identify the real owner of the business at any time.
Companies that use our address without having applied, submitted photo ID and signed a contract will be reported to the Danish Business Authority
If someone comes and asks about you and your company, we confirm that the company is registered at the address (which they can see for themselves on cvr.dk), and offer to receive notifications, which we will then send to you.

You receive a picture of your mail when we receive it and you then choose whether to send, scan or collect letters.
Scanning: Letters are scanned within 24 hours after this is selected.
Shipping: Ideal Office pays for the postage for letters forwarded.
Pickup: letters can be picked up by appointment
“Virtual Office Lite” The handling of packages DKK 50, - per package (+ postage).
Packages are not notified, these are automatically sent directly to the tenant, the tenant receives a track and trace number.

The tenant receives a photo of the package and can then choose whether to ship the package or pick up the package.

You are only bound by the period you have chosen and paid for, if you want to cancel your agreement, you just have to let us know, the day before the next subscription period, within office hours.
Here we explain how we handle your mail and shipments — from receipt to storage and forwarding.
The mail will be sent on the day of shipment according to the selected solution. The mail is sent with Postnord.
It is the recipient's responsibility that the correct name is stated on the mailbox and that Ideal Office has the correct address, remember to report address changes to us.
If we receive a return, the mail will be returned on the next day of shipment.
When we receive mail to you, we will send it on the first day of dispatch, if this is a public holiday, the mail will be sent on the first business day thereafter.
With “Virtual Office Plus” the plan itself determines whether the letter should be sent, scanned, shredded or if you pick it up yourself.
We do not accept pallet deliveries, only parcels that can be delivered in parcel mailbox.
Please note that PostNord does not deliver value packages, such as mobile phones, to Flexum ApS.
You choose which address you want us to send your mail to and you can easily change it on our client platform if you move.
It is the tenant's responsibility that we have the correct shipping address, unfortunately we find that it can take up to almost a month and a half before we get the mail returned if we do not have the correct shipping address.
Yes, with the “Virtual Office Plus” plan, we scan your mail for free if you want it, you decide all by yourself.
It is also possible to have scanned mail with the “Lite” and “Standard” plans, for an additional fee.
Yes, with the “Virtual Office Plus” plan you decide for yourself whether you want the mail sent, scanned or if you want to retrieve it yourself.
It is possible to pick up mail or parcels at our address with the “Lite” and “Standard” plans, for an additional fee.
